Ing. Fernando Mirazo
Civil Engineer, Appraiser, and Surveyor in Legal and Judicial matters, with over 40 years of distinguished experience in construction management, appraisals, and precision surveying, recognized at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
Arq. Oscar López
An architect with over 20 years of experience in the municipal government, he served primarily as a director responsible for the administration, issuance of rulings, and utilization of land belonging to the municipality of Hermosillo, predominantly in public spaces.
